Dr. Frank Ayisi

Frank Ayisi is a Chief Superintendent of Immigration with 25 years of experience and currently works as a Training Officer at the Immigration Headquarters, Accra, Ghana. He is a researcher and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Migration Studies obtained from the University of Ghana with a specialty in Migration Governance, Immigration Policy and Politics; Immigration Policy Development; Migration, Development and Security expert. Other areas include Climate Migration and Displacement; Transnationalism and Transnational practices; Intelligence and Immigration Operations specialist; Diaspora Engagement and Migration Advocate; Border Security Governance; and Immigration Policy and Investment expert. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Work and Sociology, from the University of Ghana, and a Diploma in Migration Management from the University of Maastricht, Netherlands. His soft skills include active listenership, effective communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, critical thinking, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. He is married to Peace, and they are blessed with four children and loves soccer and table tennis.
