Theophilus Kwabena Abutima is a trained teacher and currently a lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Social Work at the University for Development Studies, Ghana. He holds a Teacher’s Certificate A from the Presbyterian Training College, Akropong, a BA in Social Work, an MPhil, and a Ph.D. in Migration Studies from the University of Ghana. His research focuses on migration, gender, children, family, and education.
